Good value, clean, and helpful staff

Rooms are small and bed was hard

Really good location (close to tram and train stations, as well as good food courts)The staff was friendly. The cleaning staff did a good job.

The room was incredibly small. There was not enough space for two peoples luggage. The room had no windows or ventilation besides the bathroom fan, which only worked when the light was on, so the room was constantly damp. The bathroom layout was poor. The shower was positioned over the toilet and the floor drain was blocked. The sink drained directly onto the floor, so the floor was always wet. The paint on all the walls was peeling, there was exposed rotten wood around the door frames, the flooring was broken in many places. The sheets and towels were stained.The walls were very thin, and there was a lot of noise (shouting, doors closing, machine noises) throughout the night from the hallway and other rooms.While the hotel was in a good location to reach other places, the area directly outside the hotel was not the nicest. There were many massage places harassing you as you walked past, and multiple sex workers propositioning nearby. One time we saw a sex worker leaving the hotel lift on our way back from dinner.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Sofia. The room was cramped but clean and adequate.

I didn’t like the area but it is very popular and my poor selection is not the hotel’s fault. On the plus side, there is an excellent and reasonable Indian restaurant about a block away on the same street. Area has some good things but it includes being propositioned by girlie boy prostitutes and the usual scams by fake masseuses. However, there also appeared to be some reputable massage places as well.

The location was great

The room was next to reception. I could hear every phone call and every door bell and every person walking back and forth. Did not get much sleep

The location

I was given a room, and the room had the floor dirty, dirty sucks were showing under the bed. I found a empty water bottle and one chicken bone under the bed. The room had no tv (this was promoted in the site). I complained and I was given a second room, that at least was clean and had tv.

Nothing, except the location was central.

We were given a very tiny, dirty room with bad smell, no mirror, no table, no chair, no closet. The bathroom was ugly, unhygienic, and almost unusable. We requested a quiet top floor room but got level 2 with loud noise above, couldn’t sleep the whole night. The photos online were highly edited and misleading, not matching the real condition. The staff (Bangladeshi guy at reception) ignored our request and gave us a completely different, worse room.

I appreciate all the staff members, But I especially appreciate the good manners and kindness of @Sofia.She faces every customer with a smiley face.I fully enjoy my stay here like home.

Property staff was very friendly. Sophia and handsome man Ms Suren were very friendly and were helpful to all our concerns and issues. Would definitely recommend this location.

Sofia was exceptionally well mannered and helpful. Made my stay very comfortable

Room and bathroom very small

I don't like the room vibe for this stay as it was a last minute booking. Too noisy from the outside as it was at the 1st floor

Its location is the best part of this hotel. Right in the center of Bukit Bintang. Along with that the staff, especially the lady in the reception (day) was really cheerful and welcoming

The room size were extremely small. Just enough to keep your luggage and shoes and thats it.

It is affordable especially when you are on a budget. Sofia is very nice and friendly too

Cramp bathroom

Pay for room for more stress. Not for relax and sleep.

Room and toilet dirty and not have maintenance. Room not sound proof. Very noisy everytime. How come you want sleep? 3 night I stay need to change 2 room because of room light problem. Every night can't sleep because of noisy other room from 12 mid night till 5 or 6 in the morning. Very bad room and environment hotel.

Terrible with smell and loudsy

The smell, noise and condition of this place is terrible! All the negative reviews was right. It has the mold because there is no place for the air circulation. It also dangerous if there is fire cuz u couldn't get out. Like a ⚰️.If you got the room in Ground floor, run. Level 1-2 is acceptable if u just need a sleep, but 3,4 is the worst with the molded smell. This place really need to upgrade not just separate space to earn more money.

Near lowyat, Sg wang and Jalan alor

No lift from ground floor, must walk up a flight of long stairs before reaching the lobby. Accessible, Got smartTV which is good also. We like it because the price is cheap since we just need to put our things. Aircon is good very cold?, got water heater also if you want to have coffee. And 2mugs and 2small spoon. Shower heater working properly also. Its actually good to rebook to your hotel, however because of few things we dont like..Will get other place to stay. Especially your front desk ? poor customer service!

You're receptionist is not pleasant to do customer service, If your working as a customer service should know how to be one! Feels like we are not welcome! And We stay there for few days never got room service to clean it. It should be automatic " they will knock said room service".. And someone try to open are door and this person after trying to open are door, this person try to open other's door after ours ?? why? And very noisy outside our room. Should have policy to keep it quite because some people are trying to get rest guys! So even we want to stay again in your hotel we get other hotel. Hope take it as a positive so can change so in the future and make your customer come again, especially your price is very good! Good luck ?

Near many shop

Indian girl staff not friendly

The hotel is near to shops,food n etc. u can juz walk without riding on taxi or grab.

The room walls are just to thin. There is no soundproof walls. You can hear people voices next door or outside the room. Just no privacy in your own hotel room.

Rude check in staff, the check in staff lack of hospitality and attitude.
